The company is now run by Ian Sanderson's son, Julian and his wife Helen who have been the driving force behind the company for the past 30 years.  Their fabric collections have a distinctive look and colour palette which are all designed and stocked in their studio and warehouse in West Berkshire.

 

Distinctive British design is the foundation of the Ian Sanderson brand.  With its own in-house design studio Ian Sanderson has continued to provide design led fabrics for the home.  The studio and warehouse are a continuous hub of activity and creativity; an Aladdin’s cave of sketches, paintings, fabric and colour charts, the studio walls are a constant source of inspiration.  Each launch we research new ideas, finding inspiration in an array of influences from historic textiles to travel, fashion and the outdoors.

 

Our reputation for offering excellent designs and outstanding products is upheld by working with high quality manufacturers.  Great consideration and thought goes into the designs and colour palette, ensuring that collections can be used to create cohesive schemes. Each new collection is considered with our existing range of fabrics so that there is a strong but developing synergy and this is one of our key strengths as each new collection builds on the next.
